Discovery Call
Free · 15-20 minutes · Phone or WhatsApp
We talk about your business, your goals, and what you need the site to do. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest conversation to see if we're a good fit. I'll ask about your audience, competitors, must-have features, and budget range so I can give you a meaningful quote afterward.
Proposal & Agreement
1-2 days after the call
I send you a clear written proposal covering the scope, timeline, price, and exactly what you'll get. No vague estimates, no hidden fees. Once you approve it, I send a simple agreement and collect a deposit to lock in the slot.
Strategy & Structure
2-3 days
I map out the site architecture — which pages you need, what content goes where, and how visitors will flow through the site. I'll share a sitemap and wireframe outline so you can see the structure before any design work begins.
Design Phase
3-5 days
I design the key pages in high fidelity — colours, typography, layout, and how it looks on mobile, tablet, and desktop. You review and give feedback in a shared link. No endless revision loops; I aim for 1-2 rounds of polish before we move to code.
Build & Develop
5-10 days (depends on scope)
I write clean, performant code — HTML, CSS, JavaScript (or React for web apps). You get a private staging link so you can see progress in real time. Every build is mobile-responsive, optimised for speed, and includes SEO foundations out of the box.
Review & Refine
2-3 days
You go through the staging site page by page. I fix anything that doesn't feel right — wording tweaks, spacing, mobile behaviour, whatever matters to you. This is the moment to speak up; once we launch, smaller changes are easier to batch.
Launch
1 day
I deploy the site to your domain, configure hosting, set up SSL, submit to Google, and make sure everything works end-to-end. You get a launch checklist confirming every box is ticked — forms, links, tracking, performance, mobile, everything.
Post-Launch Support
Ongoing
The site goes live, but I don't disappear. I include a support window for bug fixes and small tweaks after launch. Need new features down the road? I'm a message away. You talk to me directly, not a ticket system.
Typical Timeline
A standard 5-page business website typically takes 2-3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Landing pages are faster (1-2 weeks), and custom web apps are scoped individually. I'll always give you a realistic timeline in the proposal — and I actually hit them.
