Sanayah Travels
A full business website for a licensed travel agency based in Karachi, offering Umrah packages, international flights, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and tour packages.
The Problem
The client had an outdated website that was slow, not mobile-friendly, and hard for visitors to navigate. Key information about Umrah packages and flight bookings was buried. The site wasn't generating inquiries effectively, and the agency was losing potential customers who couldn't easily find package details or contact options.
The Approach
I started by understanding their three main customer types — Umrah travellers, international flight passengers, and visa/hotel customers — and structured the site so each group could quickly find what they needed. The design used clean, professional visuals with a warm colour palette suited to the travel industry, and I prioritised mobile performance since most of their audience browses on phones.
What I Built
- 7 fully responsive pages — Home, About, Umrah Packages, Flights, Visas, Hotels, Contact
- Package detail pages with clear pricing, itineraries, and inquiry CTAs
- WhatsApp integration as the primary contact channel (their customers prefer chat over forms)
- SEO foundation — semantic markup, meta tags, structured data for local travel SEO
- Fast loading — optimised images, minimal dependencies, under 2-second load time
- Live preview on work page — visitors can see the actual site rendered in-browser
The Result
The client got a fast, modern website that accurately represents their business. The new site makes it easy for visitors to browse packages and reach out via WhatsApp or phone with one tap. Package pages now convert visitors into leads rather than leaving them confused. The site is fully maintainable — I can add new packages or update content without rebuilding anything.
